Job Title: Lead QA Analyst Company: Devon Energy Location: Oklahoma City, OK Description: The Lead QA Analyst position requires excellent written and verbal communications skills, strong testing methodology, solid SQL skills, and "data literacy" - a solid working knowledge of relational database concepts, SQL scripting, data analysis skills, etc. Using these skills, the Lead QA Analyst will analyze detailed data to identify inconsistencies and assist the development staff in the correction of issues. Job Title: Part Time Quality Control Analyst Company: Location: Oklahoma City, OK Description: We are implementing a new quality program in our accounting department. Our accountants will generate checklists and logs as they complete their work. We need a Quality Control Analyst to evaluate the logs, identify areas for improvement, and report findings to executive management. ? S/he will learn a little about each position and each documented procedure in order to properly evaluate them. ? S/he will validate the results of the checklists against predefined standards. ? S/he will recommend changes to checklists and processes to improve them and make them more verifiable. ? S/he will generate a report to executive management once a month with aggregated quality scores. This position will require approximately 6 hours, one day per week in the beginning. As our Quality Program expands, this may grow. The position pays between $12-$18/hour depending on experience, skills, and fit. I?m looking for someone smart and detail oriented. A high-functioning perfectionist would be great. You must have the skills to diplomatically communicate failures in a way that improves results. At a minimum, this person will validate the checklists; but I would love to have someone who demonstrates the initiative to take control of the quality program.
