Client will definately hire after 3 months.Position Requirements:* 5+ years of combined software QA with a distinguished track record on highly technical projects doing Client/Server and UI-based testing* Excellent analytical, interpersonal communication and coaching skills* Experience writing test plans, detailed test cases, and other formal test documentation* Ability to look into backend for troubleshooting and identify root cause * Understanding of enterprise software is required * Strong foundation of testing web application is a must* 4+ years of test automation experience including contributing to Automation Framework development* Experience with commercial and open source test automation technologies such as Selenium, Load Runner, QuickTest Professional, and Virtual Lab Manager* Understanding SDLC and methodologies* Exceptional problem solving abilities * Experience in localization and internationalization testing is preferredEssential Duties: * Work in a dynamic software development environment ensuring the quality of assigned products and processes* Gain a technical and functional understanding of our product architecture and become part of our ongoing feature and enhancement QA effort* Execute manual and automated test* Write automated tests at many layers, using the latest software automation tools or using C#* Provide technical guidance, when needed to other members of Quality Assurance* Produce and maintain test coverage reports for functional and automation coverage* Analyze defects / test results and be able to deduce the chain of events leading to a failure* Provide feedback on how to improve our solutions, tools, and other technical software features* Participate in the constant improvement of Test Automation and Continuous Integration* Review functional specification and create test documentation.* Defect tracking and reportingPlease send your resume on Register to View with you bill rate.
