Arbor Education and Training is hiring two full-time Quality Assurance Analyst/District Travelers for six offices in Central Nebraska: Kearney, Hastings, Grand Island, Ord, Broken Bow, and Holdrege. Arbor E&T, LLC contracts with the Department of Health and Human Services to provide services to unemployed persons in Nebraska’s Employment First program. Services are designed to assist persons in achieving and sustaining employment. Successful candidates must be able to work effectively with people from all walks of life, work independently, be organized and self-directed, be a productive and effective member of an office team, provide excellent customer service, and must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Successful candidate will be required to complete a drug evaluation and background check. Partial Summary of Job Duties: Responsible for tracking and monitoring functions in Central Service Area including but not limited to completing file audits according to expectations of the EF contract; monitoring peer reviews; attending team meetings to discuss audit findings and common errors; provide training (individual and group) as needed to ensure file accuracy and adherence to policy; assisting with reports, compiling and analyzing weekly and monthly data from Arbor database reports and NFOCUS reports; creating graphs and charts utilizing available data; providing office coverage throughout the district as needed; willingly accepting the role and duties of trainers, case managers and/or job developers as needed in any given office, and other duties as assigned. As these positions will require extensive travel in the service area, office locations will be determined based on the location of the successful applicants. Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business, social services or related field; AND 2 to 3 years experience in business or education and training; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience; AND required knowledge, abilities and skills relating to the State of Nebraska Employment First program.
