Integrate the enhanced Data Management testing process and test COE into the Data Managemnet project delivery methodology including estimating model, the PID, roles and responsibilities, SOWs, etc. Realign the testing processes within Data Management to the Test team functions. Provide input to the overall testing strategy defining both short and long term goals.
