Sr Quality Assurance Analyst / QA Analyst / Test Lead Location: Saint Louis, MO 63103 RESPONSIBILITIES: The role of Test Lead is to provide data processing testing expertise to oversee and/or support the correct development of Test Strategies, Test Plans and all other testing artifacts in support of Data Management projects. This challenging position will be responsible for the following: Ensure that Test Artifacts developed by the project teams adhere to Data Management standards and conventions as well as established industry practices. To the extent that project teams need to be trained in such development, provide the appropriate level of mentoring and support. Ensure that all projects efficiently and correctly complete required phase gates in time to meet project milestones. Support the Data Management Project Managers in interactions with external stakeholders when defining, delivering and troubleshooting testing. Be proactive in identifying and resolving testing issues which could jeopardize either the quality or timeliness of delivery. Develop and maintain overall testing dashboard viewable across all application teams and PMO. Proactively address and recommend enhancements to the overall Data Management testing process. Integrate the enhanced Data Management testing process and test COE into the Data Managemnet project delivery methodology including estimating model, the PID, roles and responsibilities, SOWs, etc. Realign the testing processes within Data Management to the Test team functions. Provide input to the overall testing strategy defining both short and long term goals. REQUIREMENTS: Good organization skills Excellent Verbal & Communication Skills/Good listener 4 year college degree or equivalency required Managerial skills. Must be able to mentor staff and work with wide range of individuals in a variety of roles.
