Job Related Experience: 2 - 5 years experience in software development, research, or testing. Must have consumer experience in order to perform their primary job. Must be able to make decisions and resolve problems that are general in nature. Must possess knowledge to know when to refer issues and when to handle them personally. Functional Area Skills/Knowledge: Must have an overall understanding of the organization, work environment and process with a working knowledge of quality assurance and an intermediate level of technical skills required to complete assignments.
