Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business or computer science or equivalent experience. - 7 or more years of software quality assurance experience. - Proven data analysis, data verification and problem-solving abilities. - A strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases - Proficient in the use of Database Development Tools for both Microsoft SQL and Oracle databases (i.e. PL/SQL Developer, TOAD, SQL Query Analyzer, etc) - Experience performing ETL code migration is preferred - Experience with Informatica ETL tool is preferred - Experience testing and deploying Data Warehouse solutions is preferred, familiarity with data warehouse testing techniques including profiling. - Experience performing QA and testing of tools-based as well as custom ETL logic is highly desired - Experience with StarTeam application is preferred - Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures. - Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language. - Strong analytical skills. Assimilates information quickly, communicates complex requirements and issues clearly and concisely. - Must be able to work in a team environment, as well as independently. - Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced dynamic team-based environment.
