This persosn is responsible for identifying, planning and executing testing activities to promote patient safety, performance improvement initiatives and to ensure compliance according to regulatory statues, policies and procedures. As a member of the Quality Software group, the candidate provides testing support and QA reviews for multiple projects and products. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, process oriented and excited about new product creation and implementing robust QA processes and procedures.Responsibilities. QA resource for project teams providing solid technical leadership and support.. Develop/collect/analyze/report quality statistics/metrics.. Create/update/review test plans.. Create/update/review/execute manual and automated test cases/scripts, utilizing the most appropriate testing methodologies.. Manage test data - perform data analysis; define, maintain and organize input and output data; develop/maintain quality repositories to establish and assure quality data integrity.. Review/verify functional and system requirements and ensure project deliverables pass a stringent set of QA criteria and comply with the requirements prior to deployment.. Provide work/effort estimates for all testing activities.. Assist in the setup and maintenance of QA test environment and tools.. Maintain a relationship with all project stakeholders. Facilitate all quality related discussions during the course of the project.. Promote continuous improvement.. Improve test cycle duration through the use of testing tools.. Demonstrate accountability in all assignments.. Develop/maintain procedures and work instructions for departmental processes as appropriate.. Availability after hours as needed for emergency situations.Qualifications. BS degree or equivalent experience. 6 years experience in Software Quality Assurance. Experience with automated testing tool HP Quality Center required. Experience with Agile Methodology preferredExperience:. HP Quality Center. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with aggressive schedules. Creative problem solver who is extremely well organized and accustomed to maintaining meticulous records. Strong interpersonal skills - networking, building relationships, teamwork. IBM MQ Series. Web application testing. Service oriented architecture. Clinical background is a plus. Programming knowledge is a plus. Demonstrated testing skills and experience including all facets of the Software Lifecycle.. Self-motivated, work well in a team structure or independently and have a professional work ethic. Knowledge of Quality Assurance practices & testing methodologies (including automated test processes)

Our client is seeking a Quality Analyst to: Perform precision measurement, quality analysis, product acceptance tests, and other quality projects and duties commensurate with the goals and objectives of the company Quality System Analyze and take corrective actions to improve processes and product yield in the company with particular emphasis in their Malvern plant Recommend, direct, and coordinate product modifications to improve quality, to meet customer requirements, and to reduce inventory Evaluate manufacturing's capability to produce within established specifications using various gages and measuring equipment Perform process capability studies and conducts internal and external product failure analysis to determine problem resolutions Assist with part qualification and verification testing Direct and coordinate product modifications to improve quality, meet customer requirements, and to reduce inventory Evaluate vendor capabilities to produce within established specifications; vendor quality analysis includes clearly defined requirements, vendor surveys, certification, and receiving inspection plans Investigate and recommend methods to reduce or eliminate causes for non-conforming material Assist in the determination of gauging and testing frequencies, methods, and location in production sequence Develop new techniques for establishing optimum quality levels and customer satisfaction at economical costs Communicate and interact effectively, both oral and written, with manufacturing personnel, first line supervisors, and all other levels of plant and division management, customers, and vendors as part of a team based organization Implement and maintain the ISO 9000 Certification Program at their Malvern facility Select, train, assign, and direct internal ISO auditors as needed After certification, oversee and direct continuous improvement and auditing of documents, etc. The skills, experience, and knowledge required to be considered for this position include (items are required unless noted otherwise): BS degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics or other area Previous experience as a Technician, Reliability Analyst, or other quality related position Good technical knowledge of principles relating to mechanics plus complete working knowledge of the use of common gauging and precision measuring instruments, such as optical comparator, surface plate instruments, electronic gauging devices, and related equipment Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, statistical quality control techniques, and problem-solving actions and results Ability to prepare complete and effective reports, regarding special investigations and summaries of recorded data Proficient in the use of personal computers, common office, statistical process control, and database software PPAP experience is essential
