1247 Job Description The HR Deputy / QA Administrator shall provide support to the Bureau Veritas Certification in pre/post hiring, policies enforcement; maintain employees and subcontractor hiring and qualification records. Ensuring accreditation / rules and BMS requirements are met in hiring process. Assist in recruiting, personal/personnel status changes, offer letters, new hire orientation and maintenance of new hire documentation, workers' compensation, inquiries regarding company policy. Maintain Personal Time Off report to Payroll and related employee communications. Auditor Hiring / Records (Subcontract or Full Time) Conduct initial interviews, ensuring appropriate credentials are received. Review auditor credentials for code allocation and presentation to Technical Manager. Interact with Scheduling to have new auditors complete first witness event. Maintain auditor qualification files, including Contracts, Bios, CV, and Certificates etc. Maintain the Bureau Veritas Certification auditor database (WEBAACS, Siebel). Maintain the auditor witness audits records Provide/schedule initial induction training (BMS, Forms, and Reports) with assistance as required from Technical Managers. Managing issues as directed by the Vice President of Certification, and as necessitated by employees of BV Certification Acting as administrator for Vice President of BV Certification for managing travel/meeting arrangements, correspondence; liaise with executive staff, internal/external Certification staff as required. Responsible for travel arrangements/approval for Auditors. Administrative responsibilities associated with auditor assignments (i.e., Visa requests, communication of regulatory changes such as Transportation Worker Identification Credential, background reviews, and client-requested documentation). Responsible for ordering business cards for office staff and auditors. Responsible for ordering office supplies, printed materials. Other tasks as dictated by the Vice President.
