This person will also be performing QA testing and deployment of TIM/TDI code developed by the rest of the team.Skills Required:- Experience with supporting production environments with ITIM- LDAP directories, including Active Directory- Ability to quickly synthesize information and understand complex systems- Ability to multi-task and prioritize without direct supervision- Excellent communication skills and ability to establish solid client relationshipsHighly Desirable:- Experience with supporting production environments with IBM TIM Tivoli Identity Manager (TIM), Tivoli Directory Integrator (TDI)- Experience with CA Role and Compliance Manager / Eurekify Sage DNA role engineering tool- Oracle PL/SQL, T-SQL Programming skills- Understanding of XML, XSLT- PVCS, Subversion or other change management tools- Production Support and Monitoring knowledge and expertise for relevant IDM tools
