Job Title: Full Time Quality Assurance Administrator Company: Location: Atlanta, GA Description: Peach New Media, a leading provider in Webcasting, Webinars and Continuing education is looking for a full-time Quality Assurance Administrator. The QA administrator is primarily responsible for quality checking all end products before final release to end users. They will also be responsible for monitoring and tracking all QA issues and keeping a log of all QA tasks. QA staff will also assist in offering telephone and web-based customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and various data entry. Data entry involves entering program information in to our proprietary Freestone content management system and managing data integrity. The Ideal candidate will have 1-3 years experience in a production/technical or customer related environment. Required Skills: - Must be organized and detailed oriented - 1-3 years related work experience - Ability to work with deadlines - Must be able to follow directions - Comfortable with FTP and basic HTML and understands simple web technologies - Basic understanding of multiple media types like DVD?s, CD-ROMs, Streaming video, etc. - Available to travel occasionally - Must be a US Citizen - Above average technical aptitude, including computer skills & knowledge of basic media technologies Preferred Skills: - Previous experience in a Customer Service oriented position - Basic Audio/Video editing or production skills - Data Entry Compensation & Benefits: - Starting rate is $12hr depending on experience and qualifications. - 2-weeks accrued vacation, paid holidays - Group health insurance - All work related travel expenses paid If you think you fit the position, please email your resume and cover letter to Register to View Please use the subject line ?QA Position?.
