We are currently seeking candidates to fill our opening for an ISO Quality Administrator. The position is responsible for making sure the company is compliant within the Quality Management System and maintaining the non-conformance program by tracking, training, and resolving all customer concerns. The position will assist with team projects to monitor and improve performance metrics and support the Quality Manager with all aspects of ISO administration.
Duties Will Include:
- Support the creation and update of product and process-related data/documentation in accordance with internal procedures and ISO requirements.
- Proactively support the organization to plan for and facilitate audits with internal and external auditors and minimize issues and findings.
- Develop and maintain effective communication and working relationships with internal and external customers; assist with benchmarks to identify and support strategic new systems, leverage resources to develop and implement Best Practices.
- Monitor various departmental metrics to improve departmental efficiency.
- Administer the Employee training and matrix system.
- Manage the input of data into various parts and document databases to support the Quality Management System, product development and product implementation; insure procedures are in compliance with standards and regulations.
Requirements for ISO Quality Administrator
- 2-3 years work experience including supervisory experience, preferably in medical device and/or pharmaceutical packaging
- 2-3 years Previous experience assisting Project Teams to create quality metrics to track and identify where performance improvements may be needed
- 1-3 years of QA documentation review including monitoring for errors and follow through to address/correct as necessary
- 2-4 years investigation of customer complaints regarding product quality and/or nonconformance by making contacts or performing analyses, ensuring that complaints are resolved in a timely manner.
