Job Title: QC Technician - For Food Manufacturer

QC Technicians for both 2nd and 3rd shift for our growing client. Reporting to the Manager of Quality Assurance, you will apply your knowledge and application of quality control standards, GMP's and HACCP. You will also be responsible for a 75 point QC inspection; documentation of all lost batch information, reporting of noncompliance issues and assists on the line if there are persistent quality issues. This is a full time, hourly position that may be a temporary to hire or direct hire position. The hours are 2nd shift 1pm - 9pm Monday through Saturday and 3rd shift 9pm - 5am and 3rd shift is a seven day shift. You would only work 5 days a week for 40 hours, but would need to be flexible enough to change days as needed and possibly change shifts periodically ( not on a consistent basis, only as staffing or quality issues arise).
