    Quality Control Technician   In this hand-on role, you will maintain collection of production batch samples routinely collected by the appropriate sampling methods and conduct regular quality control analyses through the use of sieves, magnetic separations and other laboratory techniques while performing the following duties: ·         Oversee the rejection of the appropriate production batch  and production batch recording and product labeling, maintain a database of all sample details and results and prepare summaries ·         Collate and store cart note and batch analysis details ·         Oversee the inspection and approval of purchased packaging consumables, such as PVC bulk bags, paper bags, shrink wrap and pallets ·         Monitor the packaging operations to ensure final packaged product on pallets meets guidelines and also monitor subsequent handling operations to ensure that product departs in good condition ·         Conduct inspections/sampling as required by environmental permitting (nothing hazardous) and maintain documentation ·         Present a positive and attentive image for GMA Garnet (USA) Corp ·         Answer main warehouse phone line and providing necessary information to callers, such as directions for delivery drivers Provide the customer feedback on order status, such as availability, estimated time of delivery

Due to exceptional growth we are looking for a Quality Control Technician. The Quality Control (QC) Technician will ensure high quality work in cable installation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Perform inspection of cable installation to ensure that workmanship specifications are met * Complete a minimum of 25 quality control inspections on contractor and in house installations daily * Identify quality issues in underperforming technicians and subsequently coach technicians * Ensures that all required process operations have been performed on the product that is being inspected. * Provide timely feedback to management on training and progress of technicians * Accurately completes all administrative activities associated with quality inspection. Qualifications: * 2 years of cable television (CATV) installation experience * Valid driver?s license * Previous experience mentoring or coaching technicians * Strong organizational and communications skills. * Results driven and goal oriented. * Ability to work independently with minimal direction from executive team. * Must be able to pass pre-employment testing (drug screen, MVR & background check).
