We currently have an opening for a Quality Control Supervisor for our Middletown, Ohio lab that will support these efforts. The QC Supervisor will split their time between hands-on lab work and the supervision of a small staff of QC professionals. The lab work includes performing a number of standard tests on our raw materials and finished products using both wet chemistry and instrumental analysis. This is a fast paced environment where multiple tests are run simultaneously with a high level of accuracy, while recording results with a strong attention to detail. The QC supervisor will have a key role identifying both possible causes of any out of spec batches and recommending corrections. Additional duties include supervising QC lab professionals on two shifts, working closely with the manufacturing team to address opportunities for process improvement, and participating in manufacturing leadership team meetings and committees as appropriate.
