Job Title: Facility QC Supervisor Company: Nestle USA Location: Jonesboro, AR Description: Assists in the management of quality control activitities for all phases of production, personnel and laboratory operations. Utilizes experience and interpersonal skills to identify and resolve deficiencies. Directs the shift's quality control operations by scheduling and assigning workloads, and maintains close rapport with production to identify, solve and prevent problems affecting quality. Manages salaried reports on all three shifts of operation. ' Minimum B.S. Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry or related field. ' Minimum of 2 years Quality Assurance experience in food manufacturing facility. ' Strong demonstrated verbal and written communications ' Strong demonstrated analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills. ' Must be detailed oriented and able to manage large volumes of information. ' PC proficiency in Windows based applications. NQMS and TPM experience strongly preferred.
