Job Title: Residential Renovations Quality Control Supervisor Needed Company: Location: Phoenix, AZ Description: Real Estate Investment firm is seeking to hire a full time Quality Control Supervisor to oversee all aspects of residential renovations. We do large volume of residential rehabs on a short turn-around schedule. The ideal candidate has extensive background in the residential construction industry preferably as a construction superintendent, foreman, and project management. Applicants will work primarily in the field in a fast paced environment. The following characteristic are required: Utilize technology (blackberry, email, laptop, wireless) Understand basic residential rehab construction & set pricing models Labor rates, time to do actual work Create bids / scopes of work in Excel Honest, ethical and hardworking Be able to think quickly on their feet and multi-task Own reliable transaction, plus a valid ADL, registration and insurance Bilingual in Spanish is a HUGE plus+ The position(s) may be full or part time but requires a commitment of a five day work week. Placement is contingent on results of a thorough background investigation. Compensation is $40-50k annually; along with mileage reimbursement and company paid cell phone are included in package.
