Job Title: Shop Foreman/ Quality Manager Company: Montana Manufacturing Technolo Location: Sheridan, MT Description: Montana Manufacturing Technologies, LLC is an ISO 9001 Certified Medical Device manufacturer specializing in Orthopedic Instruments and appliances. We are located in the beautiful Ruby Valley in Southwest Montana. We are expanding our operations and are looking for an experienced, motivated, self starting, driven person who is looking for an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing company. Candidates must have a strong medical device background in both manufacturing and Quality Control/ Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 and ISO 13485). Must be experienced in the use of Partmaker, Mastercam, and E2 Shop Management Software. Must have experience in a medical device job shop. Must be competent with job/work processing needed to manufacture complex components and assemblies. Must be competent programming, setting up and troubleshooting CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, Swiss lathe (Citizen), Fanuc Wire EDM as well as any other support activities that may take place in a job shop (ie: TIG welding, manual mills and lathes, band saws, polishing, metal finishing, etc) This position will work directly with the owner of the company on a daily basis. This position will include dealing with customers/ engineers (phone/ email relating to manufacturing and quality concerns/ issues), purchasing (day to day tooling/ supplies), internal engineering/ assistance, meeting critical customer deadlines and quality requirements, maintaining and improving our ISO Quality Management Systems and other day to day activities. We are a small shop and this is a "working" position. Job Title: Director of Quality Control – MT Company: Avmax Montana, Inc. Location: Great Falls, MT Description: This position will report directly to the Director of Operations and will oversee The Quality Control Departments of 145 Repair Stations in both Great Falls, MT and Jacksonville, FL. This position will serve as the primary contact with the FAA and will be responsible for providing up-to-date technical information to all Avmax employees and ensuring compliance with Airworthiness Directives (AD) and regulations of the FAA. This position is also responsible for issuing inspection authority to personnel, controlling company issued stamps and qualification cards, scheduling inspectors for projects, ensuring maintenance irregularity and service difficulty reports are submitted in a timely manner, researching and advising on RS/QC manual revisions, and ensuring compliance with the FAA approved drug and alcohol testing program as the DA-DER.
