Job Title: Quality Director - Training Company: Baxter Location: Round Lake, IL Description: The Quality Training Process Owner has the ultimate responsibility for defining the requirements of Baxter’s Quality Training process globally and deployment within the Corporate Qualilty Function.  Must partner with Division, Region and Functional leaders that are responsible for deployment of the training system to monitor effectiveness via agreed upon metrics  and assure that all areas of the company are in compliance with the defined requirements.  The process owner is responsible for assuring that any necessary improvements to the process are deployed to effect continuous improvement of the Quality Training process.Essential Duties: 1.
