Responsibilities include gathering and preparing product samples for lab analysis, performing and reviewing production line audits for acceptable quality limits, performing leaker checks on finished product, performing shelf-life studies and directing the activities of quality assurance technicians. People skills necessary. Prior Q.C. experience in a food processing plant along with HACCP knowledge, experience writing SOP?s and labeling and knowledge of USDA Regulations preferred.

Job Title: Quality Assurance Supervisor, QA Supervisor, Chemical Manufactur Company: CyberCoders Location: Eau Claire, WI Description: What you will be doing:~Responsible for developing and maintaining a system to assure that all products we manufacture meet customer specification and achieve superior quality and reliability levels.~ Monitor, manage and advise on all aspects of product quality. ~ Responsible for reporting on product quality, measuring performance against set KPI's. ~ Liaise with other managers and staff on all matters related to quality ensuring quality is communicated properly throughout the organization. ~ Advise on all changes related to product quality and implement appropriate training, tools, and techniques to enable others to achieve required quality specifications.~ Supervise QA staff (4) in carrying out product analysis and implementing corresponding modifications to the production line to ensure that customer specification targets are achieved.
