Prepares and presents technical and program information to team members and management. Directs technical and administrative workers engaged in quality assurance activities. Participates in quality focused teams to reduce overall consumer complaints. Participates in weekly AIB walk through and provides quality expertise. Coordinates quality coverage with each shift during employee vacations. Maintains quality hold database.
