SUMMARY Under the direction of the Director/Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for monitoring productivity and motivating associates. Job Title: Quality Assurance Supervisor Company: Harmony Labs Inc Location: Kannapolis, NC Description: Quality Assurance Supervisor – individual will support liquid/semi-solid and powder pharmaceutical manufacturing operations by providing supervision to Quality staff and guidance for both the Quality and Manufacturing Associates on both the manufacturing and packaging floor. ? Assist in providing a safe work environment for all employees ? Provide Supervision to Quality staff and guidance/support for the Operations Group on a daily basis ? Provide support and/or for the initiation, revision and completion of GMP documentation ? Perform data entry and verification of existing data in ERP and Excel systems. ? Ensure compliance with cGMPs, SOPs and company policies ? Track and trend department defined metrics ? Perform investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPAs ? Continuously identify process improvement opportunities and drive to implementation when appropriate ? Other tasks as assigned ?
