Use considerable judgment skills to troubleshoot and rectify any problems in the testing and processing of products while conforming to company standards for product quality.Evaluate and sign off on compliance documents. Provide recommendations for process improvements. Directly provide guidance to employees to ensure compliance with cGMPs and standard operating procedures. Interact with supporting production / testing areas to assist in the regulatory compliance of production scale up and optimization. Accountable for the quality conformance with GMP,FDA and in-house standards.
