Description:
Process QA Supervisor Focused on Clients / Internal Teams! Job Label: ACCS-QASUP The professional with a mix of process effectiveness and technical quality assurance will find an opportunity as unique as their background in the Process Quality Assurance Supervisor role with Access Insurance.   An interesting hybrid of operational and systems audit and QA, you will manage a team tasked with ensuring that our users get the most of our website and other systems they have come to rely upon for interacting with us.  In this critical role, you will gain broad exposure working closely with departments such as IT, Customer Service and the Executive team, ensuring that our systems meet high quality standards. Your efforts will be directly instrumental in making sure thousands of clients are cared for in a timely fashion, allowing us to remain the leader in non-standard auto insurance. If you have entrepreneurial drive but also seek to deliver as a member of a cohesive and collaborative team, we urge you to take a look at Access Insurance and our highly sought after Process Quality Assurance Supervisor opportunity! Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, Access Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Access Insurance Holdings, Inc., specializes in providing non-standard, private passenger auto insurance. On a state-by-state basis, Access manages distribution through a carefully appointed and managed network of independent insurance agents on the front end, while providing policy and customer service, along with claims processing, on the back end. Access has been recognized as a leader in the adoption and use of technology within the industry, offering a strong, secure technical backbone to move products and collect payments faster. By leveraging technology and data mining methods to metrically manage programs, Access is constantly expanding its product offerings and the states in which it operates to drive maximum profit for its agents and the greatest value for the insured customer. Licensed in 14 states, Access has twice been named one of the fastest-growing private companies in the nation by Inc. magazine. As the Process Quality Assurance Supervisor working out of our Atlanta, GA, offices, you will leverage your skills in process quality assurance and operational audit as you oversee our team of QA analysts tasked with performing system audit checks, ensuring that any newly published business policies read accurately, that policy documentation is accurate, and that our IVR phone system is up and running appropriately. We often refer to our QA department as the 'Grand Central Station' of the company, a bustling hub with many moving parts, with requests coming in from a variety of departments.  As such, your ability to cohesively bring all of these variables together in a busy, cross-functional department will be crucial to your success in this role. Your ability to span the gap between functional requirements and the technical backend will be critical to your success working with business analysts and system developers to make sure that the information our clients need, such as policy and payment information, is available and accurate on our website.  Not a wholly technical role, your proven success in user acceptance testing, along with proven understanding of a full project lifecycle, test cases and plan documentation will nonetheless be instrumental to your success in it. While not required, any experience working in the property & casualty insurance industry (preferably in the non-standard Auto field) will move you to the front of the line. Additionally, your ability to mentor, guide, develop, coach, and support employee growth on the QA team will be vital to growing a successful department. Not simply a technology-based QA role, this career opportunity will stretch your QA skills related to processes, relationships, training and our web-based insurance policy console / website. If you are the QA-minded operations professional seeking a quality role other than that of a script-writing techie, then you must apply for this highly sought after role with an insurance leader!
