Compile reports from weekly samples of barley protein meal, centrifuges and grains for fermentable carbohydrate content and modify barley protein meal. Send weekly feed samples to outside labs for assurance testing, advise Operations Manager of deviations of specifications. Prepare statistical spreadsheets and graphs for trend tracking. Attend industry events where applicable and represent company in a professional manner. Frequent communication with Operations and General Manager are crucial to the success of this position. Other duties as may be assigned to accomplish the safe and timely day-to-day operations within the plant. Complete all duties in a safe and efficient manner at all times.
