REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and EXPERIENCE: • Minimum of seven years of progressive QA experience on IT/telecommunications services projects, with the most recent project experience within the past three years. Three of the past five years must have included management responsibility for large IT networking/telecommunications services projects. • Ability to plan, manage and maintain a program’s quality assurance and quality control activities • Demonstrated ability to perform product and process compliance audits. • Three years working in a CMMI Level 3 (or higher), ISO9000 or ISO20000 environment. • Experience with establishing, implementing and analyzing performance measures. • Familiar with multiple development life-cycle models. • Working knowledge of requirements specifications and traceability. • Strong interpersonal skills to support multi-tier communications with both technical and non-technical professionals. • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with program staff, management, customers and suppliers on issues and resolutions. • Experience with defining and developing processes.
