The candidate will also collect field failure data and repair from depot repair database to assist in generating reports, and close cases subject to conditions define in the FA guidelines. Additionally, he or she will support the RMA Engineer regarding RMA / test processes, as well as other on-going technical assistance. Other duties include compiling return info for customers and internal reviews, and providing failure feedback to the FA Engineers . Required Education: Associated Science (AS) degree from College or equivalent. Required Skills/Experience: Knowledge in using HP analyzer, Tektronics Oscilloscope, and Agilent Frequency counter in the lab environment. Strong hands-on capability on debugging circuit boards and systems would be an asset. Capable of writing and enhancing test scripts using Procomm is a plus. Good written and communication skills are required. Able to work independently in a challenging environment.
