Job Title: Six Sigma Black Belt Company: Location: Dallas, TX Description: We are currently seeking a Six Sigma Black Belt for our client in the manufacturing sector. The Six Sigma Black Belt will be responsible for supporting company intiatives to acheive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and employee goals The Six Sigma Black Belt will need to have experience in process engineering, project management, and people change management, and lean and six sigma. The qualified candidate must have the ability to lead multiple projects and represent manufacturing on external projects Qualifications * Bachelor of Science in Engineering * Masters of Science in Engineering would be a plus * Five to Ten years of experience in engineering * Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is Required * Project Management experience is Required * Position will have 3 to 4 direct reports and report directly to the plant manager * Relocation is being offered from anywhere in the country
