As the Plant Six Sigma Black Belt you will be responsible for front line implementation of the Six Sigma system throughout the company. You will lead change; Inspire team members; mentor Green Belts; be an advocate of the Six Sigma Vision. Our client has taken multiple steps to build a strong foundation for quality and continuous improvement over its 60 year history and this is the next step in its development in obtaining world class manufacturing status. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree At least 2 years in a Six Sigma Black Belt role with verifiable project success. Experience in mentoring, training, teaching and coaching others.
