Job Title: Black Belt Specialist-Aseptic Manufacturing Company: Bauch & Lomb Location: Greenville, SC Description: Technical resource related to significant process improvement objectives in the areas of customer service, compliance and cost.Specific Job Duties (bulleted list of detailed job responsibilities in order of importance):- Lead and drive large cross functions/complex Lean Six Sigma projects with significant Customer Service, Compliance and Cost impact- Coach and mentor other Lean Six Sigma engineers and Green Belts on process excellence tool- Technical resource related to significant process improvement objectives in the areas of customer service, compliance and cost.- Will work closely with process engineers to implement recommendations provided by them- Work on 2-3 large scale projects (100+ in cost savings) and 3-4 smaller scale projects (50K- 100K in cost savings)- Target annual savings of about 500K per year.- Work with cross-functional and matrix teams such as R&D- Work on projects lasting 1-2 years, but also on shorter projects lasting 2-3 months- Train/teach Six Sigma classes
