REQUIREMENTS: · 4 year degree-Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Ceramic engineering background · Knowledge and experience with manufacturing processes and equipment and measurement systems and controls. · Experience with identifying and troubleshooting process, equipment and quality issues · Must have demonstrated skills to apply and lead KT problem analysis sessions. · Experience with high temperature thermal processes preferred (ie: Melting, Forming, Kilns or Furnaces). · Lean Black Belt Certified with Lean Six Sigma project experience. · Mechanical engineering skills to improve existing equipment and design, procure ,install, test and debug equipment improvement options. · Experience with designing and executing experimentation, coordination of experiments. · Strong oral and written communication skills, experience presenting data and project presentations to engineering and production teams.
