Job Title: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Company: Clipper Windpower Location: Cedar Rapids, IA Description: Lead complex, cross functional, process improvement projects across the company Train and mentor employees on Lean Six Sigma and/or ISO 9001 tools and methodologies Develop, and lead, supplier quality improvement programs. Perform internal and external process audits. Participate in the ISO 9001 certification, and recertification, process. Develop, implement, update, and review appropriate metrics. Provide design improvement feedbacks to engineering department, training production and field service personnel on quality systems and Clipper products. Able to travel as required. Excellent communication and team work skills with internal and external customers and suppliers Provide information on quality tools and methodologies to all levels of the organization A successful candidate for this position has these skills/experience: BS in Engineering or business, or 2 years experience in a quality role. Training as a Black Belt from a reputable firm Minimum two years of experience at the Black Belt level, with training experience preferred ISO-9001-2000 experience.
