Principal Duties and Essential Job Functions: The ideal individual will have experience in Lean/Six Sigma deployment across an organization, as well as experience in Strategic Planning, Workflow Analysis, Redesign and Implementation. The position requires the ability to develop and maintain business relationships, and leadership/communication skills. Understanding and experience in Organizational Change Management and Performance Measurement is a plus. ·         Providing Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma business delivery on projects in the Federal Consulting Practice of North American Public Sector. ·         Responsibilities include development of RFP responses, management of delivery team,  client site delivery, development of customer relationship, and support securing follow-on work Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Master's degree in business administration or related field preferred Five or more years of consulting experience with management and/or operations strategy Experience working with CSC Catalyst and/or equivalent client-mandated methodology Experience working with business principles, practices and economics Experience working with common best practices, innovations, trends and challenges in the industry Other Qualifications One to four years of additional relevant experience in one or more business or industry specialty areas Skilled at fact and information gathering, complex analyses and summarization Good communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment Ability to devise creative business solutions Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex business problems Willingness to travel Additional Qualifications: ·         Must have a Black Belt certification and experience in Six Sigma engagements ·         5 years in federal professional services industry ·         Undergrad degree required.  Masters degree preferred ·         Must be able to work on projects for the United States government. ·         TS or TS/SCI clearance a plus  ~
