The Ideal Candidate will possess the following: Strong manufacturing management background and a track record of achieving consistent, significant results through systems and teams Ability to influence others at every level and drive action toward improvements Experience with continuous improvement concepts and tools (Lean, Six-Sigma, KT, OME, Energy Audit, etc..)
